Signing of the brokerage agreement: exclusive, non-exclusive or pilotage (in this case, our agency coordinates and forwards the file to other agencies).

Professional photography and preparation of the sales brochure, based in particular on the construction plans, property charges and any works carried out.

Organisation of viewings and receipt of purchase offers.

Support throughout the entire sales process, from the preparation of the documentation with the buyer through to the signing of the deed before the notary.

Handover of the keys on the day the balance of the purchase price is paid.
