About Us

Experts in real estate across the Val de Bagnes since 1963

Domus was founded in 1963 in Verbier by Serge Picchio. Today, it is the oldest real estate agency in the resort and remains proudly family-run by his son Milko and grandchildren Pauline and Maxime. With more than 60 years of experience in every aspect of alpine real estate, our family-owned agency offers trusted and professional advice.

50's

The agency, perfumery, and hair salon Stella, run by Frieda Klay, was located on Rue de Médran.

60's

Serge Picchio proudly poses in front of the Hôtel de Verbier, founded by Alexis Bruchez, great-grandfather of Pauline and Maxime on their mother’s side. Serge worked there as a café waiter upon arriving in Switzerland.

60-70's

Yvonne and Serge Picchio at the beginnings of the Domus agency, founded in 1963. Serge obtained his license in 1973.

80's

Milko, their son, joined the agency and obtained his license in 1985. His sister Marina had worked there before the birth of her first child and returned in 2009, where she still works today.

2020's

Domus Agency celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2023 and modernised its offices.

Today

A family story that continues with Milko’s children, Pauline and Maxime (from left to right: Maxime, Marina, Milko and Pauline).
