General conditions

• Rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday for one week minimum. For the end of year period, rental is only available for a minimum of two weeks.

• Payments are made in two steps, the first at the signing of the contract and the second 15 days before arriving in Verbier.
• Payments are made by bank account transfer
• For credit-card payments, a 2% fee will be charged
• The agency will ask the client to pay a bond on top of the rental fee
• If a reservation is made directly on our web site, the customer will see his credit card charged with the totality of the rental amount

Extras

• Final cleaning is included in the price, but only if the accommodation is found in a normal state. In the case of exceeded hours than previously agreed on, a surcharge will be billed to the tenant. Rubbish bags that need to be taken away by our staff will also be billed.
• Sejourn taxes, heating and electricity are included in the rental price.
• Household linen laundry, telephone and eventual damage will be paid for with the bond. The available balance will be reimbursed one month after the tenant’s departure.
• If, for some particular reason, the tenant does not end up staying at the rental property, he is nevertheless bound to pay the full rental price for the period agreed on by the contract, without reduction, unless the lessor can find a replacement. In this case, the lessor has the right to the charges brought on in the search for the new taker. The agency could draw up a cancellation insurance for the tenant, which would correspond to 4% of the total of the rental.
• Animals are not allowed at the accommodation, except with the lessor’s permission. A 100.- CHF minimum tax and an insurance will be asked for in this case.

• Accommodation is available for tenants from 4pm and has to be empty by 9am on the day of departure. The tenant is asked to go the agency to collect the keys, and to fill out necessary documents. In the case of arrival after 6pm, please let the agency know.
